Wireless File Transmitter
Introducing the new WFT-E2/E2A: a light and compact image file transmitter supporting wireless/wired LANs plus FTP, PTP and HTTP protocols. Thanks to a connection wizard with broad compatibility, network access is sharply improved. The new WFT-E2/E2A is a premier work tool with expanded capability to link up with external storage media and GPS devices and others.
Three communications protocols FTP/PTP/HTTP are supported.
Connection wizard for setting communications mode preferences, which may be done via camera menu.
IEEE802.11g and IEEE802.11b wireless LAN support, with top link speeds of 54Mbps and 11Mbps, respectively.
Image file transfer via Ethernet 100Base-TX wired network.
Compact, lightweight body with built-in antenna, sealed against dust and water as in EOS DIGITAL SLRs.
