The new Olympus E-3 is the flagship of its Digital SLR line and provides the high-precision performance demanded by professional and enthusiastic photographers. It combines speed and weatherproof durability for capturing exceptional images in any situation. Olympus pioneered Full Time Live View and Dust Reduction technologies for digital SLR cameras, leading where others have followed. Now, the new E-3 enhances those technical innovations and raises the performance bar with the fastest autofocus in the world. Body-Integrated Mechanical Image Stabilization to stabilize every lens, a 10-megapixel Live MOS image sensor to capture beautiful images, and a magnesium alloy body for dust-proof and splash-proof durability join the impressive innovations developed for the E-3. The Olympus Stylus 790SW is the world's most durable digital camera. You can drop it from 5 feet, dunk it to 33 feet, freeze it (-10C/14F) or even try to crush it up to 220 pounds and it will still take amazing photos. The Stylus 770 SW's durable construction is designed to withstand a five-foot drop, bump, or other mishap, so your camera and images are protected. It features a bright 2.5" Hypercrystal LCD so you can easily compose, view and share your images even underwater. Digital Image Stabilization (DIS) creates sharp, blur-free pictures, even if your subject is moving. The 27 Shooting Modes allow you to master any shooting situation in stills or movies with sound. The Olympus PEN E-P3 is the latest camera from Olympus and replaces the E-P2. The design of the new PEN E-P3 is very similar to that of the E-P2 and E-P1 with a few notable distinctions, including a pop-up flash, movement of the mode dial from the left to right hand side of the body, and an additional customisable Fn2 button. The E-P3 is also the first Olympus PEN to feature an OLED touch screen and new improved ultra fast auto focus system. With these refinements the Olympus E-P3 looks like a serious rival to the Panasonic G3. Read more at www.techradar.com

This commercial was shot entirely by Olympus PEN cameras. Many of today's consumers want a camera with the professional still image quality of a digital single lens reflex (DSLR) and high-definition (HD) video in a compact body that's as easy to use as a point-and-shoot. Thanks in part to an image sensor found in Olympus DSLRs that is approximately eight times larger than those in standard point-and-shoot cameras, the PEN delivers all this and more. Add the flexibility of high-quality interchangeable lenses, the convenience of a built-in pop-up flash, in-camera creative features and technology designed to produce outstanding images effortlessly, and the PEN is the total consumer-friendly, multimedia package. The PEN is a camera designed for those who want to step up to better images, and Olympus is committed to giving consumers the amazing technology to capture things they never thought possible.

April 26'th 2010. I received my Nikon to micro 4/3 adapter from Hong Kong this morning and so had to race over to my buddies house armed with my Olympus E-PL1, to see how his Nikon 85mm f1.8 worked and how effective it would be for providing slivers of focus for the much sought after film look - when shooting in HD movie mode (720p). I can say that it was a thrilling experience.
OMG - It's TNG with the OM-D! This new micro 4/3 body is really kick ass. I love the styling, amazing performance and great fun to use. Best of all, you have access to all the 4/3 lens line up! I support buying local. In Australia - see it at DCW: goo.gl Otherwise you can buy from Adorama: goo.gl Get involved twitter.com www.thatnikonguy.com https
