Sanyo Xacti HD 2000 Audio Test with Mono Mic
UPDATE: An in-depth explaination on my blog with pictures here: laughtech.blogspot.com I did a couple audio tests with the Sanyo Xacti HD 2000. The external mic tests are horrible. I used three different connectors and 4 different types of microphones. It turns out that you need to plug a mono 2.5mm male to 3.5mm female adapter into the Sanyo Xacti. I thought the mic input was defective, but my mono microphone needed a mono adapter or the sound was like in the video.

Hey, this is a 2 part video that shows you what my camera, the Sanyo Xacti HD2000 is capable of producing... I had a quite few requests asking me to record what my camera is capable of doing other than shooting at the screen to record games... Lol. This was shot at around 3pm, so the sun is still out and bright! This is shot using the following settings:- UN-EDITED - UPLOADED IN RAW FORMAT. This was a 545mb .mp4 file. I didn't want to edit anything as I didn't want to lose any camera quality. NOTE: YOUTUBE ONLY SUPPORTS 30 FPS! So the actual video is a lot smoother, and of-course of a greater quality/clarity! Camera: Sanyo Xacti HD2000 Video: Full HR = 1920x1080p (1080p) 60FPS. Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD2000 + DIY Steadycam + 0.45x Wide Angle Lens
This is a compilation of test runs with my Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD2000 camcorder. The camera was fitted with a UV filter, an adaptor ring to take a 52mm macro lens and 0.45x wide angle lens. The self-made steadycam attached to the bottom of the camera needs more fine-tuning, but the result as shown in this video is already lightyears better than without any kind of stabilizing device. The original clips were shot in 1280x720p at 30fps. Compiling and re-rendering the clips with Corel VS Pro X3 into an MP4 file and uploading it onto Youtube reduced the quality dramatically. The Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD2000 is capable of 1920x1080p at 60fps.

Sanyo xacti HD2000 Zoom Test with the Moon 1080p
Playing around with my new Xacti HD2000 and was trying to get a video of the moon to see the zoom of the xacti. The fist part was all normal factory settings (auto) and the second clip I set it dark and think the features were easier to see. So far Im happy with this camera, I know the stabilizer is bad so its shakey but I knew that before I bought it from other youtube videos and its not that bad actually but everything else is right on, no complaints!!

bro.mo-am.com https www.facebook.com i bought this low cost Sanyo Xacti VPC HD 2000 video camera for a pacific reason. And in this video which was shot entirely with the Xacti camera in 1920x1080i (interlaced) Even though it doesn't shoot as well as my high end and more expensive cameras ii will tell you why i bought this and how i've grown to like this cam which will come in handy in my next line of film making.
