This an unboxing and quick review and product tour of the camcorder by Sanyo, XACTI VPC SH1. This is an Australian model. Sanyo Xacti VPC-SH1 short woodlands test video
Camera: Sanyo Xacti VPC-SH1 Resolution: 1920 x 1080 at 60 Frames Per Second Description: short test of the Sanyo Xacti VPC-SH11 camera. Shot in the woods on a gray and rainy day. Most of the shots are done from a tripod but some are free hand. Most of the zoomed in parts are 23x which is the maximum amount of optical zoom. Pros: - Very small and light camera. - Easy to use. - Feels very solid. - Wide angle 23x zoom lens. - Focuses good and quickly. - Full HD at 60 FPS, much more fluent then 30 FPS. - Image stabilizing works very good. - Works good indoors and outdoors, even with very low light.. - Software included works fine but the options are limited, looks just like windows movie maker. Cons: - Colour not very vibrant even with the colour enhancing turned on. - Shoots in MP4 (might be a pro or a con) - Still images appear to be rasterized when zoomed in. - If you turn the display when you are filming it makes a bit of squeaking sound from the plastic which the camera's microphone picks up. - No carrying pouch included in the box. Conclusion: small size and outstanding performance for its price makes it a great companion for travelling or sports activities.
