I spent a day in melbourne today and i caught up with Andrew (AngryAussie) I decided to show him the SteadyCam that he made me get off my butt and make, i also went around melbourne and just goofed around really, if you want a step by step guide on how to make your own SteadyCam go here: www.cs.cmu.edu - (This is the exact site i went to) The 2 tracks in this video are: Impeller GWJ theme (Angry German Guy Mix) Both tracks belong to Willow Tree Audioworks/Ian Dorsch. Final Piece
My final piece. Dream sequence and wake-up sequence were cut a second time to add effects. First and second parts of music were entirely created by me. Second part music was based on a corrupt file and expanded. The idea of Hellscott House cropped up in various places. The 3 to 13 was an idea I had on day 1 in room 3. The newspaper stories were helped and expanded by skeleton footage of the idea. Lastly, the church scene seemed the inevitable way to be creepy. Rough idea is person has nightmare, goes to get a drink of water, finds the 13. (This is the oldest structure of the plot) Filmed using a lot of budget equipment: Church scene: Tripods - Manfroto Sony Handicam HD video camera Filmed at Wem St Peter/St Pauls Church House scene: Tripod: Velbon CX 440 Sony Handicam video camera (NOT HD) Filmed at Harlescott House (Harlescott, Shrewsbury) scratched "1" was actually scratched into a piece of A4 paper, and photoshopped onto the door. Newspaper 1: I took a picture with the iPhone 4 of a girl laying down "dead" on the college library floor and photoshopped the image, to look black and white, also covering a modern jacket look to show hardly anything. Newspaper 2: Again with an iPhone 4, I took a picture of Harlescott's rooms 1 and 3, photoshopped them closely, to look like a room 13, and inverted the colours. Newspaper 3: A bit of help with this one. Someone took a picture of the inside of room 6, looking rather untidy as planned, and I blurred and took the colour out <b>...</b>
