My Lowepro SlingShot 102 AW Review
Here is a video tour of the 3N1-10 bag which is the small version of the 3N1 series of bags from Kata. This is the best camera sling bag I've been able to find. There are several videos out there showing the medium size 3N1-20 bag but none showing the smaller 3N1-10. So I'm providing this video so anyone who is interested in this bag can compare the two sizes.
Three Bags in Ones Three different positions allow you to carry the bag according to your needs. Each sling position allows you to carry your equipment and have fast access while shooting. In backpack position you can comfortably carry your equipment for long distance walking when needed. The included chest belt and balancing hip strap helps take the load of your heavy equipment off your shoulders.
Join me as I take an exclusive first look at the newest photography bag in the Kata Digital Photo Series, the 3N1-20. It is a sling bag that can convert from the single strap sling style pack to a traditional two-strap backpack for longer photo walks. I am a photographer who likes having my camera gear at the ready, but I don't always want to wear it around my neck. Having only had the 3N1 for 24 hours, I am already in LOVE with it. As you will see in the video, I can swing the bag from back to front and easily pull my camera and gear out of the bag without ever removing it from my back. When I am am finished snapping a photo, I can put my camera back into the pack and swing it back behind me and be on my way. In the bottom part of the pack, I carry my Canon 30D with battery grip and L-plate, Canon G9, Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 lens mounted, lens hood attached, Tamron AF 14mm rectilinear lens, Speedlight 580EX, Lensbaby 3G, polarizers, extra batteries, and other accessories. In the top part of the bag, I carry all of my personal items, wallet, keys, iPhone, sunglasses, water bottle, etc. I am not getting paid for this and don't mean to sound like an ad, but this is just the photo bag I have been waiting for. It's my new purse. The 3N1 begins shipping in July and will retail for somewhere around $90 - $125 USD, depending on where you purchase it. This video shows the contents of my Kata backpack. Videos showing the different shoulder strap configurations can be found on the Kata website. I have been really happy with this backpack. It is the perfect size for what I wanted to carry, it's 10x more comfortable than the other backpacks I tried on, the little 'wings' and accompanying strap that goes around your waist are a huge help for long trips... one complaint I have is that there is no strap to go around your chest, but I bought a $2 strap w/ buckle and I wrap it around the shoulder straps over my chest and it really helps distribute the weight better. This makes it impossible to swing the bag to the side for side-access, but I rarely use the bag in that configuration anyway. I find it's much more comfortable as a traditional backpack.
Hi you are watching TubyJeff, and I'm gonna talk about the Kata 3N1 11. I was looking everywhere to find info on this bag, really wanted to know the different between this and the 3N1 10. I love the style of this bag, the option of being a sling bag or a backpack, unfortunately this is the one with the extra netbook compartment on the back which makes it's almost 2 inch bulkier than the Kata 3N1 10. Drop me a comment if you want to know more regarding to this bag.
A review of the Kata 123-GO-30. Now that You Tube have upped the limit to 15 minutes, I can at least re-port some of my Viddler videos on here

This exceptional camera pack held everything a journalist needs at trade shows like E3. I put my Olympus E-620 camera, HP 1151 netbook, Aiptek mini HD camcorder, and all the associated cables in the Kata 3N1-20 pack and still had room for more. It's a great mid-size sling pack that can also be converted to a traditional backpack with two shoulder straps.
This is a quick video showing you this new Kata 123 GO 20 bag. I think its great. Any questions please Email me ------ kevinleeharwin@yahoo.co.uk
