This amateur video of Mute swans (and humble pigeons) was taken on Wednesday, the last day of March 2011, at Emmet Bridge, off Harold's Cross Rd, Dublin, Ireland. It was a very cold breezy afternoon and the small Kodak 12MP EasyShare C182 was shaking in my hand. The Swans and cygnets were doubtless in fine fettle and some of the latter were even practicing much needed flying skills in the centre of the grand canal. So Adorably joyous and uplifting to observe. Some well intentioned passerby strollers were enthusiastically throwing loaves of white bread at them when suddenly scavenger pigeons and overhead seagulls appeared out of nowhere and landed on the bread-laden scene. People should be publicly alerted to the fact that white bread is not good for the swans digestion tracts. I do wish as well that some strollers who frequent the canal do not let their dogs or children up too close to swans who are resting on the bank; as this kind of behaviour totally upsets the equilibrium of the swans. I witnessed a man repeatedly swinging a year old child to and fro at the swans,; the swans were scared out of their wits and the laughing man thought it was the best of fun for the child. The child's enjoyment at the expense of the swans was the motto of the father? Another young stroller did not bother that her wee Jack Russell, by the way, on a lead, was right on top of the swans and barking away at them like mad, almost as if the swans were mere nonentities. We used Don's Fish Camp and had no problems. Tube rental and return ride was $12 per person, but we scored a Groupon deal, so it was cheaper. * Do it right and remember to bring a cooler. Also, plan to rent an extra tube for it. You're not gonna sit that thing in your lap. * Rope! Don't forget to bring a length of rope to ties your group's tubes together. www.carlkwan.com In this video, I give a video review of the WaterField Designs MacBook Air Wallet. I needed a smaller, lighter bag to carry my MacBook Air and all the other stuff I had, like my cameras and such. I found this wallet from WaterField but had a hard time making a decision because there were so few reviews out there. I still decided to buy it because the customer feedback on the SFBags site was so good. Well, I have to say that I'm in love! This bag does exactly what I want it to and more! So, I decided to make my own review in hopes of helping other people make a decision about this bag. Believe me, you can't go wrong! It cost US$146 with the optional suspension strap and shipping to Korea, but it is well-worth the money. Let me know if you have any questions about the bag. No big deal, as the smaller size fits into even more of my coats and pockets when out and about, compared to 8"It has a metal ball head/screw top that allows all sorts of orientations (horizontal and vertical) for my Sony camera, if I orient the feet to support the camera properly (it's so light weight 1.20 ounces/34 grams...that the camera weight itself will cause it to tip over if you don't orient a leg along the axis of the camera body). It didn't have product tracking, and arrived in a partially crunched carboard mini-box inside an airmailed poly-bag from Hong Kong. Not having tracking on a product was a first for me, but for the price...I can understand not having it.I am enjoying using it each day to capture high resolution shots steadier/better than what I would have obtained via just using my Sony camera via <b>...</b>

It was very easy and quick to set up and get up and running. Just remove a few plastic wrappings and pop in the ink cartridge, print out 2 alignment strips and you are good to go. Just select number of copies and press print and off it goes. You can select standard or high quality, but they both looked great and identical to me. Using standard gives you prints in 20 or 30 seconds. The higher setting takes just under a minute. I started using it before reading the instructions so at first I was printing the same photo over and over, because it was the only one selected to print 1 copy. It does not print what you see on the screen unless you have selected at least 1 copy of it. There will soon be a battery pack for this but it is not available yet. I also have not found a carrying bag for the printer and accessories made specifically for this printer (like HP has), so I just use a small laptop case which works perfectly to carry the printer, AC cord, extra paper and ink. The prints come out dry, they look great and this has been a very fun printer to use. I'm very impressed and partial to the Canon quality of cameras and printers. They just seem to always work great with no hassle. There is a separate sheet of paper included with the printer easy set up guide instructing you to make <b>...</b>

Started our trip to GB on may the 26. I left at 8.30 am in Roesrath near Cologne on my Triumph Thruxton to meet my mate at the "Aachener Land" motorway service area with his W 650. From there we raced trough Belgium to Calais in France. Challenge of the day was: Be in time for the ferry and find your bed and breakfast place in London. Don't get sick from the junk food we had near Brands Hatch. On board we had a GoPro Hero HD, a Sanyo Xacti HD 2000 and a Kodak Play Sport.
